Gördalen is a unique and cozy little village by the foot of a national park. Gördalen is seated between Fulufjället and Drevfjället, right by the Norwegian border. Gördalen is closely located to two major ski resorts with a distance of approximately 50 km away. If you travel 30 km in to the Norwegian side, you will see our sister town Ljördalen. Gördalen also have a beautiful river that runs straight thru called Görälven, and the famous walking trail “Kungsleden” goes straight thru our little town a little further north of our Legion hall. This small town currently has 30 residents, not counting our frequent visitors.
To get to our lovely place please take Highway 70 to Särna. Follow signs to Gördalen/Mörkret which is a left and take that road for 50 km and you will reach our town.
